Seatingzone.com is an authorized reseller of all products found on our site and will act as your liaison for any warranty claims for as long as you own your chair. If you have any problems with your item that you have bought from us you can contact us for our help and assistance. Should the item be past the original coverage period we will also assist you in order to rectify the problem when we are able.

Our 30-day "satisfaction guarantee" is further backed by full factory warranties from each manufacturer! These warranties can vary from six years to "lifetime" but are subject to normal wear and tear exclusions. If you have a concern or will be using your chair under unusually "intensive" conditions (which is usually more than eight hours a day, seven days a week or require a "heavy duty" chair for that office "fullback") call us so we can discuss more specifically what product best suits you. If you are not happy with your purchase within the first 30 days you can return it to us subject to the conditions as stated under our Return Policy.
