You’ve probably heard a lot about ergonomics, but what exactly is it? • Your chair should provide a proper backrest, which should also be adjustable, both vertically and forwards and back.
• Choose an ergonomic chair that is stable. Typically, the five-point base is the most stable.

Also, don’t forget to assess your ergonomic chair for any additional features that may make your job easier, like armrests, or harder, such as a seat that is too narrow.
